I went outside one day in November to find the front yard littered with brilliant clusters of
leaves, damp and stuck together by an early misty rain ...

    

  

Randomly scattered joy !

 A rich carpet, for sure.

 And why post now in the middle of the Christmas season?  

How could I wait until next fall ?

             An unknown beast sleeping -

              A frog like creature and companion.
