Yellow, yellow, Yellow -

I'd never seen forsythia looking like this -

A gorgeous new shape, forsythia reimagined...

                                                    laced with twine,

                                                   woven this way, that way,
                                                   binding the branches together.

Standing in the paths, the best modernist sculptures

                                                              Could not beat this.
                     What a glory of yellow -  - -

To be that close.

  3. At one of the houses I lived in Holland we had a forsythia bush - so cheerfully blooming when winter comes to an end...inventive way of transporting: minimal space and the branches can't get damaged this way:)

  4. Beautiful shots! I miss them. We had them in our yard in Atlanta but I don't see them anywhere here in central Florida.
